This is the incredible story of Rielynn Martin, a 10-year-old girl involved in a boating accident and left in a coma, but she managed to survive.

The frightening incident occurred on Memorial Day, May 25, when two boats collided, including the one carrying Rielynn and her family.

The collision caused the girl to fall from the boat and hit the propeller of the other boat.

“We spent Memorial Day weekend at the lake, and we go to the lake all the time.” “My kids love being outdoors,” said Rielynn’s father, Chad Martin.

The girl was taken to the hospital after the incident. “She crushed her skull and it got lodged into her brain.”

As a result, she suffered significant brain damage. “They put everything back together, secured it with bolts, and fixed the damaged part of the skull,” explained Chad.

“Prayers, prayers, and more prayers are everything.” Prayers are what brought my girl to this point.

The medical expenses will be enormous, I believe. “I have another daughter to support; it will be tough,” continued the grieving father.

Rielynn underwent emergency surgery but was put on ventilation as she couldn’t breathe on her own and was indeed in a coma.

Doctors said the chances of her waking up were slim, but this girl proved to be a hero and fought for herself with all her strength.

And her parents claim a miracle regarding her health situation is on the way. Her parents posted an update on her Facebook page, “Rally for Rielynn,” which brought much joy to many.

According to the report, Rielynn started breathing on her own and is no longer on life support. “She’s awake!!” On command! She answers questions and follows instructions. She recognized each one of us.

We removed her ventilator so she could breathe on her own. I took off her sock and told her to move her toes, which she did.

Dad asked her if she wanted her socks back on, and she nodded. “That girl and her puppies.”

Despite the good news, Rielynn’s family is aware that the road to recovery will be tough.
