Probably, each of them waits for their mother and father to take them out of the orphanage. There are many orphans in China.
The main reason for this is the ‘one-child policy’, poverty, and the desire to have sons. There are many girls in orphanages.
When Dawson and Hannah were just a few months old, they were left at an orphanage. Even though they were not siblings, they were very close.
Over time, the bond between them only grew stronger. In the photo, they are always together, smiling and holding hands.
When Hannah was informed that she was being adopted by an American family, she became very upset at the thought of never seeing Dawson again.
Unfortunately, Dawson remained in China while Hannah left for the United States.
Sharon and Andy Sykes became Hannah’s new parents. They had two other children who happily became her older siblings, but everyone could see how much Hannah missed Dawson.
From the orphanage, the couple received a photo where Hannah was constantly beside the boy. The parents noticed that they were constantly holding hands and realized how close the children were. Then, the family decided to help Hannah’s friend.
Hannah’s new mother felt responsible for the fate of this boy. She shared the story on social media.
Although Hannah now lives in Texas, half of her heart remained in China.
Amy Clary discovered the strong friendship between Hannah and Dawson. She talked about it with her husband, and they decided to adopt the boy.
The Clary family already had three children under five years old. Although they knew it would be challenging with four young children, they did not give up on the idea of becoming Dawson’s parents.
Of course, it took a lot of time to sort out all the issues. But everything worked out. They really wanted Dawson and Hannah to be reunited.
The children didn’t even suspect that they would become neighbors and live less than five minutes from each other. They are incredibly happy!
After three-year-old Dawson got off the plane, he met his family. And at that moment, he noticed how his beloved friend was running towards him!
Hannah met him at the airport. They rushed towards each other, laughing and hugging.
The adults couldn’t hold back their tears. They missed each other so much!
