By the age of 20, Ashley Lewis’s weight had reached 150 kg. She wanted to be thinner, but… stress, sadness, all emotional experiences pushed her to the refrigerator.
Everything continued until, at the age of 22, the girl was diagnosed with polycystic formations in the ovaries.
It became a turning point. Ashley realized that if she didn’t correct the situation, she would never become a mother. And she succeeded! In the evening, the young girl promised herself from tomorrow to give up harmful products.
But morning came, and Ashley returned to her culinary passions: donuts, hamburgers, pizza.
The girl called herself an “emotional eater”: harmful treats helped her cope with life experiences. At 22, she weighed 170 kg. Against the background of obesity, the girl developed hormonal imbalance and polycystic ovaries.
With such a diagnosis, the chances of getting pregnant are significantly reduced, and with advanced forms they are reduced to zero.
At this point, Ashley’s opinions changed drastically. She decided that she would not let her bad habit get in the way of motherhood – her cherished dream.
When Ashley said goodbye to 70 kg and started weighing 97 kg, she fell in love with running. Among the treasure of female achievements is participation in the half-marathon! Mrs. Lewis’ main dream came true: she became a mother.
Now she goes to the office gym during her lunch break, and at home she does interval training and yoga. Her exercise and diet are helping her gradually lose the weight she gained during her pregnancy.
Ashley’s weight loss story has taught her to be conscious of her health and nutrition. The woman admits that no one paid attention to educating her about her eating habits.
But now, after coming a long way to lose weight, she has promised herself that she will teach her daughter how to choose healthy foods and exercise so that she doesn’t repeat her mother’s mistakes.
