3-year-old Ava Lewis is doing great work for the needy in Durham, North Carolina with her little lemonade stand.

Earlier this summer, the little girl approached her mother, Maggie Lewis, and said she wanted to help the children.

The baby has long thought about selling bracelets or lemonade. She opted for lemonade.

Mom, of course, was surprised, but she helped her daughter open a small lemonade stand.

Together, they developed a business plan and decided that all proceeds from the sale would be used to purchase diapers and bottles for children whose mothers could not afford them.

The stand was set up near the beauty salon that Maggie owns. And before starting work, Ava, together with her mother and grandmother, tried different recipes.

The whole town quickly heard about the kid’s lemonade. And now, a long line for lemonade. Eva became a local celebrity.

She recently finally achieved her goal. She sold enough to buy diapers and bottles and donate them to a local charity.

“You have no idea what it means for us that such a young girl, who is only three years old, thinks of others,” shared the director of the association.
