Parents are very valuable to us, and it would please them if we never leave them.
But there are parents who are not in good relationships with their children.
The hero of this story is an old man who spent the last years of his life in a nursing home and constantly missed his family members.
He used to live in the village, but one day his son asked him to move in with him because he wanted to sell the house in the village.
He had debts and couldn’t pay them off. The father agreed and moved to the city, to his son’s family.
At first, everything was fine, but they started constantly arguing with each other and were no longer in agreement.
One day, the son told his father that he should be taken to the nursing home because his daughter is soon expecting a child and doesn’t have a place to stay, so he decided to give his father’s room to his daughter.
The father had no choice but to silently agree. His son promised to visit him every week, but the father knew for sure that he would never visit him.
After a few months, he died in the nursing home, constantly missing his family members.
After his death, it was revealed that the old man left everything he had to a volunteer who frequently came to the nursing home, spoke with the elderly, and brought them something delicious to eat.
It can be safely said that strangers are often more caring than relatives.
