Three-year-old Olly Nelson was left alone for just five minutes and decided to redecorate his living room.
According to Faye Comber, a British mother, she and her husband Paul Nelson had just spent about $5,000 on a new paint job and a new sofa. Faye left her baby alone for a few minutes to change.
But as she was in the next room, the woman noticed something suspicious because little Olly was silent and not making any noise.
When the mother returned to the living room, she was speechless. In just a few minutes, the little one had covered the walls, the sofa, and the carpet with white paint.
And through all the paint, the boy had ridden his bike, which had damaged the floor and the carpet the most.
“I was speechless, how was that possible in a few minutes? There he was, covered in white paint from head to toe. It also damaged his hands, feet, his new clothes, everything,” said the boy’s mother.
When we say that if a child is silent for longer, it means they have done something unusual. The woman tried to remove the paint left by the baby but without success.
Faye then called her mother as well as a cleaning team and Paul’s grandparents, who helped her clean the room for two hours.
However, they were unable to completely remove all traces. Fortunately, the damage was covered by insurance.
The woman said that she and her husband could no longer be angry with their child because the little one realized he had done something wrong.
