The story of a single mother willing to dress up as a man has gone viral.
People are touched by the mother who doesn’t want her child to miss out on his special school day, Donuts With Dad.
On that day, Yevette brought her son to school as usual.
When they arrived at the parking lot, he was surprised because the area wasn’t as crowded as usual.
“I asked him why there were so many cars. He said, today is Donuts with Dad Day,” Vasquez shared on Facebook.
She uploaded photos and posts about her experience as a “father” on that day last week.
And her post went viral, leading her to be invited to Good Morning America to share her life story.
From Vasquez’s story, it is known that after hearing her son’s response, she immediately drove back home since this day was going to be a special one for fathers.
“I don’t want him to miss this day. At least I can do everything to make my child smile,” she wrote again.
And in the photo, you can see Vasquez returning home to dress up as a man.
