Philippine native Javi Lazaro Badil is only 29 years old, but he can already consider his life successful.

The guy works as a sales director at the national branch of the Canadian financial company Sun Life.

By the end of 2016, he had over 900 billion dollars in assets under management. Javi himself already has a whole team of assistants.

But the main achievement of Badil’s life certainly cannot be considered a dream job, an efficient team of managers, constant travels, and fashionable clothes. What more could you want? The Filipino found the only right answer.

Javi built a chic mansion for his adoptive parents.

Street vendor Nanai and doorman Tataya were very poor people but made the voluntary decision to adopt Javi when he was a little boy.

At that time, the family had nothing but a dilapidated roof over their heads.

But they gave their adopted son everything they couldn’t afford. Therefore, after entering university, the guy did his best to lift his family out of poverty.

“When Nanai and Tataya adopted me, we were living in poor conditions. Now, I have a chance to repay their kindness. I am convinced that they are living a better dream now than they could have ever imagined.”

For ten years, the guy went from an ordinary employee to a senior executive in an international company. But he never forgot who made it possible.

With his adoptive parents, he laid the foundation for their future home.

He also managed to capture the ongoing construction of the modern palace.

The final project was impressive. For example, it features seven bedrooms for the whole family. And it seems that all the living rooms will be used according to their intended purpose.

Moreover, Javi doesn’t forget about fulfilling his parents’ intangible needs. He constantly takes Nanai and Tataya with him when he travels to different parts of the world.
