At the beginning of her post, the woman specifies that she herself has very fair skin, although she is from the United States. Her husband, on the other hand, is of Norwegian origin.
Shortly after the birth of their child, the couple was still at the hospital when the husband’s mother came to see her new grandchild.
But this joyful meeting quickly turned into a dramatic one, as the grandmother had nothing good to say about the youngest family member.
According to the mother, the mother-in-law looked at her grandson in her arms for a moment and then let him fall to the floor while loudly accusing her of being unfaithful to her son.
“After picking up the baby, she looked at him and said, ‘This is not my grandson.
He has skin that is way too dark, so you must have cheated on my son,'” the mother wrote, according to Café Mom.
The nurses present at the scene and a doctor witnessed the situation and immediately called security to take away the angry mother-in-law.
The baby was quickly examined to ensure he hadn’t fallen, but fortunately, no signs of injury were found.
The guards who arrived eventually escorted the furious “grandmother” out of the hospital and brought her to the police waiting outside.
